Creating better conditions for the development of Pomeranian SMEs and professionalization of the activities of leading business environment institutions in the Gdansk-Gdynia-Sopot Metropolitan Area – these are the objectives of the project implemented under the Regional Operational Program for the Pomeranian Voivodeship in 2014-2020. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (agreement no. RPPM.02.04.02-22-0001/17-00 dated November 17, 2017). The leading partner is the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia. The project “Building the readiness of science and technology parks and incubators in the Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot Metropolitan Area to provide new or improved specialized pro-innovation services together with the creation of a comprehensive cooperation platform” (so-called TRIPOLIS) assumes the preparation of an offer addressed to entrepreneurs of ten specialized consulting services provided by three business environment institutions.

PPNT Gdynia’s offer has been expanded to include the following services:

  • Design Management: from concept to implementation (Design Centre service);
  • Specialist patent research services and patent literature search (Patent Information service);
  • Provision of specialist research services in the field of combined techniques of chemical analysis and biotechnology for individual customer needs (Bio Laboratory service).

In addition, the project will develop an IT platform to enable such as resource management and cooperation of partners. As a result of the implementation of the system, the efficiency of the administration of the possessed infrastructure will increase, and better business conditions will be created for “park” companies and PPNT Gdynia contractors.
