• Who can use coworking?

  Coworking is a space for people who develop their solutions in areas preferred or solutions for areas preferred by PPNT. These are: ICT, automation, robotics, biotechnology, environmental protection, and creative industries such as: design, multimedia, construction, publishing, and industrial/applied design.

• How long do I have to wait for the initial reply to my application to join coworking?

  We make an initial decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of the application within 2-3 days of receiving the application form.

• Can I rent a coworking desk for a few hours or days only?

  No, you cannot rent a coworking desk for a few hours or days.
  

• Do I have to have a business?

  No, you do not need to run a business, but you should have a tax identification number (NIP) or PESEL number.

• I would like to try my hand at an industry that is not on the preferred list. Can I use coworking?

  No, only companies which develop ideas within the industries preferred by PPNT Gdynia can use coworking.

• What is the minimum duration of the contract?

  The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months.

• Do I have to pay a monthly subscription?

  No, you do not have to pay the subscription every month. Simply, after using all the hours of the purchased subscription, you will have to pay for a new one. So it really depends on how often you want to make payments for using coworking.

• When can I use coworking?

  You can use coworking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You work when you feel like it.

• Can I use coworking with a coworker?

  Yes. The contract you conclude with us allows you to invite three other coworkers to work with you.

• Is there a place in PPNT Gdynia where I can meet with a client?

  Yes, there is a place like that. We have a conference table, a quiet space for confidential conversations and a separate room where business meetings take place.

• Can I get help in developing my business idea?

  Yes. Our coworking team will not only help you settle down, but they will also be happy to share their knowledge and experience in creating marketing campaigns in social media, designing services, and business modeling, among other things.
  
  In addition, there is also a Regional Patent Information Center at PPNT Gdynia. Their team can tell you all about protecting inventions quite interestingly and intelligibly, but not only about that. If you want to protect the logo of your company, if you are wondering what the copyright law is, or whether the image found online can be used on a fanpage, they will help. And most importantly, if they do not know the answers to your questions, they will tell you where to look for information.
