Tailored courses
Openlearning runs tailor-made training courses designed specifically to meet the needs of your company. The training courses on offer are divided into complete sections that can be moved about and set in a particular order giving the best possible result.
Needs analysis
Whatever training event we are to conduct, we always try to learn as much about the recipients of the training as possible. Therefore, our first step would be contacting your company in order to pinpoint the exact aim of the training. We use various questionnaires - filled out by both potential participants and the management - to gather all the information we need. Having analyzed the client's expectations we create an individual training package.
Topic range
We provide trainings on numerous topics, from personnel management to business negotiations to the amendments to the Polish Labour Code.
Materials
All training materials have proven to be effective and been used numerous times along with practical knowledge passed on to the trainees.

Location
Corporate training courses can be run in your company, in our training rooms or in one of the training centres we cooperate with.
Method The direct teaching method applied to our training courses includes various active teaching techniques such as group work, brainstorming, discussions, role play and simulations. As the training progresses trainees move from theory into practice, which gives them opportunity to introduce what has been learnt into the everyday work.
Principles
We work on the principle that "all trainees and trainers are equals in the process of teaching". Both sides dynamically contribute to the course; however it is the trainer who is fully responsible for the group's progress.
Training assessment
After the course has been completed the participants are requested to fill out evaluation forms in order to give us feedback on the training. We, then, prepare a full report which is passed on to the trainees or the client. The report is also essential to the Openlearnig staff - it mirrors our strengths as well as shows what can be improved in our service.
Follow-up
After we have finished the training we still keep in touch with the client. We deliver the aforementioned report and arrange another meeting on which we suggest further ways and fields of training applicable to the particular company.

Experienced in trainings
Openlearning was first established by a team of experienced corporate trainers. We have joined knowledge and practice in an effort to provide complex solutions for all sorts of clients.

Having completed the training participants receive certificates awarded by Openlearning and ATENEUM - private higher education institution from Gdańsk.
Materials
Participants receive course materials in both printed (ring binder) and electronic (CD) form. The CD includes all materials used during training along with a PowerPoint presentation description.
