MasterTelecom will promote European Norm EN15838 at Call Center World
Call Center World Trade Fair will take place in Berlin, between 22nd and 24th of February. As it was last year, Polish companies from Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia will be present there. Among them- Master Telecom company, expert in mass customer support systems. QSMaster Live, the award winning model, based on SaaS (Software as a Service), will be introduced to wide international audience.
Expanding present software with tools and reports that accomplish EN15838 European Norm directives appears to be this year's novelty. The EN15838 European Norm defines the quality procedures for Call Centers' services, regardless of trade branch in which the company acts. It can be used both inside the company and in outsourcing telemarketing centers.
