Incubation and Preincubation
The Innovations and Entrepreneurship Incubator was created in 2004 as a logical response to the needs of Pomeranian universities' graduates, interested in launching of their own economic activity. It was created with the contribution of Gdynia's municipal investment and funds of the Voivodeship Grant.
The incubation offer includes also biotechnological companies, able to obtain much richer support from the existence of the PSTP Biotechnological and Environment Implementation and Research Laboratory. This unique composition of supporting factors is named PSTP BioIncubator.

Apart from the complex support offered also to older PSTP partner companies, the Incubation offer has been enriched by:

Academic Committee supervision over the project conducted in the Park by Incubator company

The status of Incubator company is available for 2 years. At the end of it an Incubator company has two possibilities: it may remain in the Park as PSTP older Partner, delivering its new project or leave the Park.
There is no cash available in Incubator but the costs of company maintenance are comparatively low and business know-how and experience abundantly obtainable in PSTP has greatest value at the beginning of every business career.

Status of PSTP Incubator company is available for:

lately registered companies, not older than 12 months from registration
-
subjects not yet registered, on the condition that registration will take place within 6 months from agreement signing date
INCUBATOR is a place for all companies implementing innovative ideas and technology.
Project submitted for recommendation for PSTP Incubator undergoes shortened valuation path by 3 members of the Academic Committee.
