ePSTP
ePSTP is a cooperation network designed for entrepreneurs and institutions whose premises cannot be located in Pomeranian Science and Technology Park. It was established in September 2008 as a response to increasing demand for cooperation within PSTP. ePSTP brings numerous benefits for its members as they may use all the facilities available for PSTP-based companies. ePSTP gives an opportunity to streamline business structure through new relations, customers and partners databases, PSTP goodwill. Being a part of the Park means not only such perks as discounted prices for renting conference halls and delegating laboratory researches but also those intangible connected to PSTP image. Thus a virtual community of innovators is being created.
ePSTP embraces two kinds of cooperation: e-Park and e-Incubator
e-Park
e-Park is a partnership network within PSTP for over one-year-old companies with established reputation who want to develop cooperation on innovative activities. For experienced entrepreneurs e-Park is a sort of incentive to create new ideas and relations. It also gives a chance for dynamic development through being a part of bigger organization.
Application process and project implementation
Steps needed to join e-Park:
- Get information in PSTP office or on the website www.ppnt.gdynia.pl
- Download application form
- Submit completed application
- Gain positive recommendation from the Academic Committee
- Sign required documents
- Start implementing a project and get PSTP partner status
Companies working in e-Park should have an innovation-implementation character and also conduct business in one of the following branches:
- ITC
- Industrial design
- Biotechnology and related branches
- Environment protection
- Multimedia
In exceptional circumstances there is a possibility of joining a company from other branches.
The application process is shortened and a project is assessed by three experts from the Academic Committee.
Status of e-Park company is granted for three years and can be prolonged as a continuation of the project or starting a new one.

e-Incubator
e-Incubator is a partnership network within PSTP for under one-year-old companies or entrepreneurs planning to set up innovative business. Young companies are patronized by professionals delegated by PSTP and realize an innovative project from whichever branch they feel like. In addition to this a company is being provided with advisory and promotion activities such as PSTP image and reputation.
Application process and project implementation
Steps needed to join e-Incubator:
- Get information in PSTP office or on the website www.ppnt.gdynia.pl
- Download application form
- Submit completed application
- Gain positive recommendation from the Academic Committee
- Sign required documents
- Start implementing a project and get PSTP partner status
Applying to e-Incubator is available for:
- newly established or under one-year-old companies
- entities which do not have business registration but are to do so within six months from signing cooperation contract
Companies working in e-Incubator should have an innovative character and they may perform in any branches.
The application process is shortened and a project is assessed by three experts from the Academic Committee.
Status of e-Incubator company is granted for two years.
