Still shortening time of designing new devices, software shortcomings, and finally deliberate design of a short life span of telecommunications equipment are the causes of the virtual alarms. Imprecisely alarming network management system indicates the occurrence of errors in efficient devices.
TeleMobile Electronics company manages diagnostic laboratory for one of the largest mobile operators in Poland. The service is to verify if network devices reported by the network as corrupted, are actually damaged FF (Fault Found), and should be sent for repair or are not damaged NFF (No Fault Found), and may be re-connected to the network, without incurring repair costs.
Statistical data from our laboratory for the year 2009 show that with an average flow of 100 electronic devices per month, our telecommunications client gained an estimated savings of more than 300 000 Euros, since over 30% of the devices was NFF and returned to the network.
If the operator accounts repairs per unit, it is a direct saving. If the operator accounts repairs with a fixed fee, it becomes a reason to renegotiate the contract in connection with the reduction in the volume of consigned parts by 30%.
Thanks to the work of our engineers who constantly elaborate test procedures, we can achieve 98% efficiency of diagnosis.

TeleMobile Electronics company specializes in developing technology for the repair of telecommunications equipment and provides service regardless of the devices' manufacturers.
If you operate electronic devices and you are not satisfied with the warranty service, please contact us.
Even if a particular type of equipment was not serviced by TeleMobile Electronics, we are able to determine in a short time (2-3 weeks) the possibility of repairing it. After this period you will receive a bid to repair the device. If the repair is not possible, you will not be charged for diagnostics.
During testing of new technology, we repair supplied equipment. Therefore, we expect that the service will receive compensation even if the offer is not accepted (payable trial).
The average repair time in our service is 14 days. In certain cases we are able to repair equipment in express mode. For all repairs we offer 6 month warranty.
R&D
Our engineers and scientists of TME Innovation LAB are highly qualified specialists with a proven experience in RF and microwave design.
We constantly develop an innovative project of automatic microwave filter tuning method.
The strength of the solution is set of algorithms which allow to optimize the complex mathematical processes. They are mainly based on Artificial Intelligence which allows them to act like a skilled operator and perform better with every new filter.
These algorithms have been used in an application created to work on the production line of filters, regardless of the amount and type of tuning elements.
Our solution allows to:
- Increase the precision of tuning the filters and thus improve the quality,
- Significantly reduce production costs by:
- Shortening the time of filters tuning which allows for reduction in investments in fixed assets (VNA) and increased productivity,
- The replacement of qualified tuners by unqualified staff after serving a one-hour training, which allows better management of personnel,
- The use of single-arm robot (with a screwdriver) when tuning for the production of low-mass,
- The use of a dedicated machine (with a screwdriver-matrix-head) when tuning for high volume production which is an extremely time-effective solution.
